Our people make Lloyds Banking Group everything it is. When they’re at their best, our business is too. Right now, our People and Places teams are heading into an exciting new chapter. One that will see us do even more to enable our employees to deliver our strategy, grow our business and Help Britain Prosper.
That means growing our future skills and helping colleagues build their own fulfilling career paths. It means making Lloyds Banking Group a great place to work, from the physical environments we offer to all the ways we recognise and reward our people. And it means shaping our culture and future-proofing how we work, so it’s enjoyable and meaningful for us all.
If you’re a strategic thinker, someone who's able to relate well to others, and have a talent for coaching and influencing, join us. And you could play an important part in helping our people achieve even greater success.
As a HR Generalist Graduate, you’ll develop a broad range of HR expertise and gain experience across different disciplines all while working towards a professional CIPD qualification.
Kicking off with a two-week bootcamp in all things People and Places, you’ll rotate through three placements in three distinct teams, including specialist HR areas like Talent, Culture and Reward, as well as generalist teams like our Business Partners. Not only will this give you a complete view of our function but also a strong foundation as a multi-skilled HR professional. From people policies to analysing data, designing learning curriculums to understanding what makes our culture work, you’ll learn the many and varied ways we help our teams be at their best. And discover the kind of career path you could develop into.
