Our technology and data stack
Our engineers and data colleagues utilise a variety of languages including JavaScript, Java, C#, Python, Swift and Kotlin. We use proven techniques like DevOps and industry-standard tools such as Power BI, Tableau, GitHub, Kubernetes and Terraform, as well as machine learning frameworks Scikit-learn and TensorFlow. All alongside agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, that help us to deliver at pace for our customers.

Development
We’ve a wide and fascinating range of apprenticeship programmes, with lots of online and in-person tools available to support your learning and development.
We also run whole programmes of learning centred around Cloud and other areas of technology and data through programmes like the Modern Engineering Accelerator, and data masterclasses focusing on current and emerging topics. In addition, we have centres of excellence focused covering specialisms like DevOps, Quality Engineering, Open Source Software, Cloud and more, and there are regular events and broadcasts to share tech and data knowledge and learnings with colleagues across the Group..
Hackathons
Reboot is our series of hackathons, taking place every few months across the country in our key hubs. Hundreds of colleagues get together to share ideas, learn about the latest data and technology trends, take part in coding competitions to generate innovative solutions, make new connections and enjoy themselves.
