Helping Britain's young talent prosper

When communities thrive, so do individuals. And the families and businesses within them. That's why our purpose of Helping Britain Prosper puts community at its heart. It's where we believe we can make our greatest contribution to society.

Young people are facing challenges in today's competitive landscape. That could be securing that first job, returning to the workforce, navigating unconscious bias, or building marketable skills. Through our nationwide presence, we're uniquely positioned to offer meaningful support.

We support young people through various pathways:

  • Hands-on work experience that builds real-world confidence
  • Practical Skillsbuilder sessions that develop essential capabilities
  • Engaging careers fairs and talks that inspire next steps
  • Dynamic school outreach that brings the skills need in the world of work to life

For those seeking recruitment opportunities, our Life at LBG Hub provides information on Industrial Placements, Apprenticeships and Graduate schemes.

We’re helping build skills for future capabilities that benefits both Britain's youth and the broader communities we serve. By focusing on practical skill-building experiences, because when local communities prosper, everyone wins.
