Salary
Salaries vary per programme, but we remain extremely competitive and transparent. You'll find salary information clearly displayed on each programme page and job description.
A helpful start
Graduates joining our programmes receive a one-off payment of £5,000. Perfect for helping you settle into a new space after university.
Flexible working hours
Most of our office-based colleagues spend at least 40% of their time in the office, with up to three days a week at home, and more in summer months. Because balance isn’t a perk, it’s how we work.
Healthcare
Our company-funded private medical cover gives you access to quality healthcare and specialist support. For a small fee you can also choose to extend cover to your family and add optional benefits, such as critical illness cover and life insurance, for extra reassurance. Plus, our partnership with Headspace gives you free access to tools that support mindfulness and overall wellbeing.
Holiday
Our graduate schemes pack a lot of learning and development in, so you need time to relax and recharge. All schemes come with a generous holiday allowance. We run a flexible bank holiday arrangement at Lloyds. You can buy or sell the equivalent of a week’s holiday over the year.

Pension
You might not be thinking about pensions yet. Fair enough. But we'll set you up and start making contributions from day one. All joiners are enrolled into one of the Group’s Defined Contribution (DC) schemes — you choose how much to save and where it's invested. The more you put in, the more we match. Starting with 9% when you contribute 3%, up to 15% when you contribute 6% or more.
Share Plans
Our share plans align your reward package with the performance of the Group. Choose to participate in Sharematch and receive matching shares of up to £45 a month from the company. There’s also Sharesave - a combined savings and share option plan.
Your Discounts
These enable you to get discounts on a whole stack of great stuff. Electrical items, cinema tickets. Even your weekly food shopping. You will also have access to our full range of financial products, some at discounted rates. Things like current accounts, home and car insurance. Even loans.
