Our workspaces include over 70 Microsoft Teams rooms, Surface Hubs, as well as collaboration and event spaces. There are also height-adjustable desks and dual monitors available.

Stay balanced. Enjoy free exercise clubs and classes for yoga, Zumba, running, walking and biking. A returning parents’ and a wellbeing room. Contemplation rooms and Wudu wash stations are also available. You’ll also find we have some ‘walk and work’ desks available.

Food & Drink

Our office has a working café, micro-market, business lounge, kitchenettes and free refreshments. Not to mention 70+ restaurants and cafes within ten minutes’ walk. 

Clubs and networks

There’s so much going in Leeds. Lunchtime socials, wellbeing walks, book clubs and pop-up workshops for starters. A sustainability working group is active here, and there’s several inclusion and diversity working groups too.

There’s a range of options to support your travel to the office. Bike storage and spaces for motorbikes, electric bikes and scooters. Plus shower facilities, changing rooms, drying rooms and active travel lockers for you to freshen up.  

Outdoor Spaces and games areas

Wellington Place offers urban gardens you can relax in. We have a spectacular outdoor terrace space, which overlooks the city. Games on offer include table tennis, foosball, plug and play video games and board games. You’ll also find garden games and regular team building games laid on.

I love how modern and bright the space is in Wellington Place. The area itself has a great community feeling which makes me feel welcome, it’s always nice to see everyone out and about doing different activities. The building has floor to ceiling windows and for me personally, the natural light makes me feel better, less stressed, and more productive.
