Our workspaces include over 70 Microsoft Teams rooms, Surface Hubs, as well as collaboration and event spaces. There are also height-adjustable desks and dual monitors available.

Health and wellbeing 

Stay balanced. Enjoy free exercise clubs and classes for yoga, Zumba, running, walking and biking. A returning parents’ and a wellbeing room. Contemplation rooms and Wudu wash stations are also available. You’ll also find we have some ‘walk and work’ desks available.

Food & Drink

Our office has a working café, micro-market, business lounge, kitchenettes and free refreshments. Not to mention 70+ restaurants and cafes within ten minutes’ walk. 

Clubs and networks

There’s so much going in Leeds. Lunchtime socials, wellbeing walks, book clubs and pop-up workshops for starters. A sustainability working group is active here, and there’s several inclusion and diversity working groups too.

Travel support

There’s a range of options to support your travel to the office. Bike storage and spaces for motorbikes, electric bikes and scooters. Plus shower facilities, changing rooms, drying rooms and active travel lockers for you to freshen up.  

Outdoor Spaces and games areas

Wellington Place offers urban gardens you can relax in. We have a spectacular outdoor terrace space, which overlooks the city. Games on offer include table tennis, foosball, plug and play video games and board games. You’ll also find garden games and regular team building games laid on.

I love working in such a modern environment, it creates a nice vibe and I smile every time I walk through the door. I love the terrace on 10th floor and the chance to look out over Leeds in the sunshine - when it decides to make an appearance!

I really appreciate the availability of quiet corners throughout the building. The inclusivity and sensitivity in accommodating people who struggle with social anxiety creates an environment where everyone can feel comfortable.

I love working in a modern, bright, open floor office with lots of spaces to meet with colleagues. It’s very easy to walk the floor and bump into friends and stay connected. I also really like the open areas with lots of unbookable space, making it a very easy to have short in person meetings and catch ups with colleagues, away from our desks.

Our Leeds hub is vibrant and inclusive, making coming to work genuinely enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch, and the community of colleagues is incredibly supportive and collaborative. I love the pods too. They are perfect for when I need to handle sensitive matters or just need some quiet time to focus!

I love how modern and bright the space is in Wellington Place. The area itself has a great community feeling which makes me feel welcome, it’s always nice to see everyone out and about doing different activities. The building has floor to ceiling windows and for me personally, the natural light makes me feel better, less stressed, and more productive.

Leeds is a vibrant city and the new office in Wellington Place has an amazing community vibe that makes working from the office a real joy. I love collaborating with colleagues in our breakout spaces!
