You’ve come to the right place. The information below will tell you all you need to know to make a great application.

Application Process

Apply online

If you’re interested in one of our apprenticeship programmes, hit the apply button and complete the short application form. You’ll need to tell us a little about yourself and the qualifications you have.   If you meet our minimum entry criteria, you’ll be invited to the next stage of the process. 

Online assessments

We'll assess your motivations, behaviours, values and written communication skills. There may also be assessments of your critical thinking, technical or mathematical ability depending on which role you’ve applied for.  Candidates will need to complete written assignments. You may need a pen, paper and a calculator for some of these assessments. Make sure you’ve got them handy before you start. 

Assessment day or interview

The final stage of our recruitment process varies depending on the apprenticeship you have applied for. It might be an interview or an assessment day, via our Events Platform or face-to-face. Whatever form this final stage takes, we aim to get the best from you. Whether you need reasonable adjustments or not, we’ll do all we can to help you showcase your skills and let the ‘real you’ shine. 

Useful tips

We want to know how you feel about our industry and why it interests you. And we’d love to hear examples of how you live our values. Whether it’s your experience of volunteering or your ambitions to get involved in our charity work, how can you help us achieve our purpose of helping Britain prosper while achieving your goals too?

We want to learn where your natural skills lie, so be sure you’re ready to tell us. And if you’re invited to an assessment day, we’ll be looking to see how you do things across various exercises – on your own and within a group.
