ASPIRE Network
At Lloyds Banking Group, your development starts on day one. ASPIRE helps you take it even further.
ASPIRE is our network connecting graduates, apprentices, interns, industrial placement students and alumni from across Lloyds Banking Group. Through networking events, development opportunities, wellbeing initiatives and support from senior leaders, you'll be part of a supportive community bridge that helps you grow, be bold and make an impact.
Induction
We give you what you need to hit the ground running. You’ll find your first few weeks packed with events. Virtually and in person, you’ll meet friendly faces and build your network.
Blueprint
Blueprint is our Next Gen Talent development programme, created to help our talent learn, grow and thrive. Through inspiring experiences and meaningful development opportunities, participants build the skills needed for the future of work.
Access to learning
Check out the Percipio platform, powered by Skillsoft. There’s interactive videos, heaps of technical and soft skills training. A huge range of material to explore. Development is a major priority for us, so there’s extensive learning resources, offering you access to internal training courses.
Volunteer opportunities
One of the best things you can do here is make a difference in your community, by supporting our mission to help Britain prosper. We’ll encourage you to use your skills in new settings, to enhance personal development. And you’ll get to contribute to causes that matter to you.
Buddy System
Once you're on board, we'll buddy you up with someone from your programme. They'll be your go-to. They'll answer your questions, share experiences and offer advice before you join. And they'll still be there for you in your first few weeks. So, you'll always have someone nearby to offer you support.
