Professional Qualifications & induction
Industry-recognised qualifications will take your career to the next level. We’ll support you and cover the costs, you focus on the study.
We give you what you need to hit the ground running. You’ll find your first few weeks packed with events. Virtually and in person, you’ll meet friendly faces and build your network.
Graduate Working Party
The Graduate Working Party engages regularly with the Emerging Talent team to improve our propositions. You’ll have the opportunity to join the party. It’s a great way to contribute your thoughts and energy.
Diversity networks
We have a vibrant and varied diversity network. Including— Breakthrough for women, Access for disabilities, Rainbow for LGBT, Family Matters, Boost for social mobility, REACH for Race, Ethnicity, And Cultural Heritage.
All offer support through workshops, talks and networking sessions. The perfect framework for connecting and growing together.
Access to learning
Check out the Percipio platform, powered by Skillsoft. There’s interactive videos, heaps of technical and soft skills training. A huge range of material to explore. Development is a major priority for us, so there’s extensive learning resources, offering you access to internal training courses.
