What you’ll learn
Everything you need to become a well-rounded HR professional is here. Over two years, you'll work with different teams and tap into specialist areas like Talent, Learning, and Reward, as well as HR Partnering teams that work closely with the business.
You’ll play a key role in creating policies, analysing data, designing learning programs, and understanding what makes our culture so special. With hands-on experience across the group, you'll earn a professional qualification and set the stage for a fantastic career.

What you’ll learn
A buddy or mentor will support you and offer guidance. Access technical and business-aligned training. Further support your development via platforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems.

Requirements
A 2:2 degree or above, or equivalent, in any subject area from any university in the world.
Choose from Bristol, Edinburgh and Leeds. You’ll be based there throughout your programme. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office.
