What you’ll learn

We’ll shape you into a multi-skilled HR professional, gaining experience all across our Group, and with all the support you need to get a professional qualification and build a brilliant career.

You’ll be matched up with a buddy or mentor to support you and offer guidance throughout the scheme, and you’ll have access to technical and business-aligned training, including platforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems, to further help your development.

With opportunities for extracurricular activities to expand your skills and experience across the bank, and with introductions to colleague networks, you’ll make great connections to further your career.

During the scheme you’ll rotate through a variety of teams – either specialist centres of expertise like Talent, Learning and Reward, or HR Partnering teams that work directly with the business.
