Kickstart Your Career

What You’ll Learn
Our bootcamp quickly gets you up to speed with our Group and the vital role of data in our future. You’ll be immersed in our data management principles and strategic frameworks. Over two years, you’ll undertake two placements to develop core skills.
A buddy or mentor will support you and offer guidance throughout the scheme. Access technical and business-aligned training. Further support your development via platforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems.

The work you could be doing

Setting up and implementing data management policies and procedures.

Modernising and standardising data management approaches.

Collecting, aggregating, and integrating data from various sources.

Applying analytics to extract insights for strategic decisions.

Monitoring and reporting on data-driven outcomes.

The work you could be doing

Creating dashboards, reports, and presentations to share insights.

Collaborating with other teams to support their data needs.

Identifying and addressing data vulnerabilities.

Supporting the implementation of the Group Data policy.

Boosting data literacy and capability across our Group.

Requirements
A 2:2 degree or above in any subject from any university. Students with a PhD or Masters degree are also welcome. Note: we cannot sponsor visas.
This programme operates in various UK regional locations including London, Edinburgh, Northwest (Manchester/Chester/Cheadle), Southwest (Bristol/Cardiff) and West Yorkshire (Leeds/Halifax) regions.
You’ll select one of these regional locations and will be based in various offices for the duration of your programme. We support hybrid working, with all colleagues expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office you have been placed.
