Our Customer Product Innovation teams constantly use the latest technology to create innovative products that meet our customers’ diverse needs. They design anything from new credit cards to digital marketing strategies, and you could join them this summer to learn from the best and build skills for your future.

Over a 10-week paid Internship, you’ll work on national projects with knowledgeable and supportive teams, develop skills that will build the foundations of your career and take part in volunteering initiatives that give back to communities. If you’re curious about designing, developing and implementing innovative solutions on a national scale, you can make a big impact with us.
Day to day you could be:
- Helping to develop innovative products and services for customers
- Gathering powerful insights about our customers
- Supporting the marketing strategy for brands like Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank
- Actively play a part in our journey to become the bank of the future
