As a People Science Graduate, you'll help shape how one of the UK's largest organisations works, evolves and prepares for the future. From AI and workforce strategy to behavioural science and organisational transformation, you'll work on real challenges that influence how people work, learn, perform and thrive.

Two years. Lasting impact

Over two years, you'll experience a range of placements across People & Places, developing expertise across data, strategy, technology and workforce innovation.

You'll:

  • Contribute to meaningful business challenges from day one

  • Build skills across analytics, design, strategy and stakeholder influence

No two placements are the same, but you could:

  • Explore how AI and emerging technologies are changing the world of work
  • Use data and behavioural insight to tackle complex workforce challenges
  • Help shape future workforce and skills strategies

Requirements

  • While we do not require a set minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this will be assessed through the application process.
  • Note: We cannot sponsor visas.  

This programme operates in various UK regional locations, including Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh.  

You’ll apply to one of these regional locations and will be based there for the duration of your programme. We support hybrid working, where you’ll be expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office where you have been placed.

Applications for our People Science Graduate Scheme open on 10th September. Bristol and Edinburgh applications will close on 25th October and Leeds will close on 8th November.
