We’re looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about the finance industry and who have a good insight into the commercial markets in which Lloyds Banking Group operates. Successful candidates will also need to demonstrate that they have the aptitude to lead others and the ability to manage complicated projects through to completion. Most importantly of all you will need to demonstrate a talent for dealing with people - your colleagues and our customers.
From your very first placement you will be assigned critical projects, giving you real responsibility from day one. You’ll be working alongside senior business managers who will expect you to deliver outstanding results.

The selection steps
The key steps in the selection process are:
- Online application and questionnaire
- Online ability tests
- Telephone-based assessment
- Final stage selection event
