What is the Business Specialist Programme

Please note we are no longer accepting applications to the Retail, Commercial Finance, Agriculture and Corporate Business Specialist programme streams.

The Business Specialist Programmes are a wide range of talent programmes aimed at young people like you who have completed A levels or equivalent qualifications. They’re all 2 year modular programmes that will allow you to rotate around business units within a division of the group.

Each programme follows a structured framework along with a comprehensive development scheme to give you the opportunities and challenges required to develop the skills to succeed in our business.

These programmes provide a fantastic insight in a career in banking and provide the opportunity to become a specialist within one of our business divisions.
