  • building relationships with key stakeholders who deliver business critical changes
  • contributing to the communications that help colleagues understand and make the most of their benefits
  • examining data and trends that could help us develop growth opportunities
  • supporting our teams to make the way they recruit even more effective.

You’ll develop a solid foundation for a hugely rewarding HR career whilst working towards a CIPD professional qualification whatever role you choose within our People & Places team.

HR Reward Apprentice

Locations: Edinburgh Bristol or Leeds

You’ll learn the key skills, knowledge and behaviours required to complete your Level 5 HR Apprenticeship and gain invaluable HR experience, along with a L5 Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
