Help lead and shape the bank of the future
To become the bank of the future – and make a difference to the lives of our 30 million customers across the country – we need strong leaders. We need people who can enable the transformation of our business and manage how we bring our customers and colleagues with us. Given the scale of our organisation, this isn’t an easy task – so we’re looking for new talent to join us and make it happen. So, if you’re looking for a career with impact – we have a job for you. And the great news is you don’t need a business or finance degree to come and work with us.
Your career journey starts here
Are you fascinated by people? Do you have an urge to learn and innovate? Could you inspire the next generation of banking? If the answer is yes, you could play a key part in our future. You’ll work on everything from transformational change initiatives to create a more digital-focused bank, to development projects with our product teams to improve how we interact with our customers. All this while building the skills to lead our organisation – both now and in the future.
