You’ll work on everything from transformational change initiatives to create a more digitally-focused bank, to development projects with our product teams to improve how we interact with our customers. All the while building the skills to lead our organisation – both now and in the future.

About the programme


Over two years, you’ll complete three eight-month placements in different locations around the UK, working in a variety of areas to develop your strengths, knowledge of our business, and how it functions. From project management to cyber security, this programme offers a broad range of experiences to help you build your career in almost any division within Lloyds Banking Group.

Day to day you could be:

  • Leading the re-design of our products to better serve the needs of our customers
  • Inspiring your team to make a difference for themselves and their customers
  • Introducing new technology that will make banking easier for customers
  • Embracing new technologies and different ways of working in order to deliver excellence for our customers
  • Researching insights and trends to find new opportunities and markets
  • Interacting with customers and building your knowledge of the products we offer

Your development

A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and an open mind.


Our Graduate Programmes are rotational and on our Enterprise Leadership programme, you’ll be expected to complete placements around the UK.
