About the programme
In three eight-month placements over two years in different locations around the UK, you’ll work in customer and product-focused areas, build your understanding of how our customers behave and develop project management and leadership skills.
Day to day you could be:
- Developing innovative products and services for customers
- Gathering powerful insights about our customers
- Supporting the marketing strategy for brands like Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Bank

We’ll support you to complete a CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting qualification and you’ll also have the chance to lead on UK community volunteering initiatives. By joining the Customer Product Innovation programme, you’ll become an expert in a range of next-generation financial products as well as customer behaviours and insights.

In 2017 we became the first bank to revolutionise the way our customers’ data is kept by delivering Open Banking – a new digital solution enhanced with a dynamic mobile app. As part of the Group, you’ll not only represent Lloyds Bank but our other brands too, including Halifax, Bank of Scotland, MBNA, Lex Autolease and Blackhorse.
But first you’ll need
