The Power of Talking

We spoke to two Mental Health UK Young Champions to find out how they cope with anxiety, stress and depression. Their take: finding someone to talk to is a huge first step. At times like these, talking is more important than ever, so if you haven't already, reach out to someone you care about and tell them how you're feeling.

Want to speak to someone, but not sure who to call? You can always phone the Samaritans on 116 123, or visit mentalhealth-uk.org for more advice and information.

A huge thanks to our Young Champions for sharing their stories with us.
