Financial Services Customer Adviser
Working in a fast-paced, digital-first bank means finding new ways to deliver excellent customer experience. In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues to proactively look after our customers in local bank branches and operational sites.
Building and leading a motivated team is key to helping us achieve our goal of being Britain's best bank. In this role, you'll develop leadership skills then use them to lead and inspire a team of your own in local branches and operational sites..
Senior Financial Services Customer Adviser
Our customers are the most important part of our business, so we do everything we can to help them. In this role, you'll help our customers make important choices about their finances in local branches and operational sites.
Our projects can impact thousands or even millions of people, but for them to be successful, we need good managers. In this role, you'll develop the skills to manage projects and people in local branches and beyond.
Building strong relationships with our clients helps us make an impact across the UK and beyond. In this role, you'll help national organisations solve big business problems.

Where could these roles take your career?
With a Financial Services Apprenticeship, you'll help us support our local communities and ultimately prepare our customers for the bank of the future. You may be responsible for managing large teams, and could go on to become a senior leader. Or you may be dealing with clients, which could lead to a Relationship Manager role.
