Psychometric Testing

These are timed, multiple-choice exercises used to help predict behaviour and performance, such as numerical and verbal reasoning. They are initially done online, and then re-taken under exam conditions at the assessment centre. You may want to do some preparation beforehand so that you’re comfortable with the format of the exercises and the type of questions you can expect. Here are some useful websites you may want to have a look at:

A few tips:
Work quickly and as accurately as you can.

If you’re stuck on a particular question, don’t waste time - move on and come back to it later.

If you do finish early, go over your answers to check them but don’t worry if you don’t answer all the questions.
