This placement gives you a taste of a wide variety of roles. You
may be placed within Reward or Employee engagement, looking at how
we can maximise staff advocacy. You could also gain hands-on
experience in our Employee Relations or Resourcing teams. In HR, we
invest in what we value most - people. This placement will give you
the chance to shine and really gain an understanding of how this
area is key to the rest of our business.
Internships give you an insight of what you can expect on our
Graduate Leadership Programme, and are a brilliant opportunity to
secure your place 12 months later by showing us just how much
you've got to offer. They run between June and September, pay a
very competitive £18,000 p.a. (pro rata) with added London
allowance if your placement is in the capital and will provide you
with a solid foundation for a successful and long-term career. If
you show the right leadership potential there may even be a seat on
our board for you in years to come.
If you're in the penultimate year of university in an academic
discipline and expect to achieve at least a 2:1, there could be a
place available for you. You'll also need 300 UCAS points or
