FUTURE EXECUTIVES
PROGRAMME
Our Future Executives Programme was created to
help MBA-qualified professionals develop into highly successful
leaders of Lloyds Banking Group.
Over the course of two year-long rotational
placements, you'll develop a deep understanding of how we work, get
a broad perspective of the challenges we face, and develop all the
skills you need to become one of our future executives. In the long
term, you can expect to be making a real impact at the heart of our
business, as you explore the huge range of career opportunities
Lloyds Banking Group has to offer.
The programme is designed specifically for
experienced MBA-qualified professionals who are not only very
ambitious - but exceptionally talented too. You'll be stretched at
every stage of the programme, and will benefit from on-the-job
development, as well as more formal learning.
We offer both a business-wide scheme and one
aimed specifically at finance professionals. Competition is fierce.
As well as being MBA-qualified, or about to graduate in September
2013, you'll need:
- A wide range of experience and skills, which you'll have built
up in your career to date
- Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire
others
- The ability to manage complex issues, operate in a scale
environment and always think commercially
- An eagerness to develop yourself and take hold of your own
career
