Our Business Technology Programme takes innovative, driven and
enthusiastic graduates and enables them to develop the leadership
skills needed to help us stay at the forefront of change.
This two-year programme will see you developing your management
skills across four placements - Leadership, Specialist, Customer
and Risk. Three of your placements will be within different areas
of IT where, working in disciplines such as portfolio management,
technical delivery and risk management, you'll gain an appreciation
of the critical role you'll play within the business.
Throughout the programme, we'll also support and encourage you
to gain the APMP (Associate Project Management Professional) - an
internationally recognised technical, project management and
leadership skills qualification.
To broaden your commercial awareness and to experience IT from a
user perspective, you'll also have the opportunity to complete a
placement outside Business Technology. This could be as a team
leader in one of our operation centres, or even in one of our high
street branches. Here you'll learn how to inspire, motivate and
develop people - all fundamental skills needed to be a leader in
our business.
We're looking for people with the talent, energy, drive and
determination to bring a whole new dimension to our business. You
should be able to influence and build professional relationships at
all levels, as well as being adaptable in a constantly
changing environment.
