Group Disability Event Sponsorship

Lloyds Banking Group is sponsoring the Radiate Network, the first ever UK network of senior managers and directors with disabilities, which has been created by the UK’s leading pan disability charity RADAR.

The event was attended by 40 people from all sectors of the UK economy, including Baroness Jane Campbell, co-chair of the all party Parliamentary Disability Group. Attendees heard from leaders of the UK disability movement and were asked to shape the network’s future agenda.

“We’ve worked very hard internally to improve the career opportunities of colleagues with disabilities with initiatives like our Career Development Programme” said Tim Taylor, Manager Diversity & Inclusion. “Sponsorship of the Radiate network helps to promote Lloyds Banking Group’s employment and service offerings to disabled leaders and opinion formers”
