BoS to benefit from LBG London 2012 Partnership
Bank of Scotland is proud to become an Official Partner of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. As part of Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of Scotland is benefitting from the Lloyds TSB's rights to London 2012 in Scotland. Bank of Scotland has become 'Proud Partner for Scotland' to the London 2012 Games.
Over the coming months, colleagues in Scotland will hear more about the Partnership and how colleagues, customers, businesses and communities can become involved. Lloyds TSB Scotland colleagues will continue to benefit from and to be able to play an active role in our London 2012 Partnership, through national activities we undertake through Lloyds TSB branches and internal colleague programmes available for all Lloyds Banking Group colleagues. Soon, you will start to see the London 2012 logo on Bank of Scotland advertising campaigns and branch collateral.
Archie Kane, Group Executive Director with responsibility for Scotland said, “We believe this partnership will add further value to the work we are undertaking to re-position the Bank of Scotland business and brand in the Scottish market.”
Sebastian Coe, Chairman of the London 2012 Organising Committee commented, “I'm delighted that Bank of Scotland is now part of the London 2012 family, bringing a considerable amount of expertise and enthusiasm to the table and helping us to deliver a meaningful legacy across the UK. Over the next few months they will roll out initiatives which will show how that legacy can start now and provide a great platform for London 2012 and beyond.”
