Psychometric Testing
These are timed, multiple-choice exercises used to help predict
behaviour and performance, such as numerical reasoning.
In the Lloyds Banking Group selection process, they are
initially done online, however under exam conditions at the
assessment centre, you will take part in a logical test. You may
want to do some preparation beforehand so that you're comfortable
with the format of the exercises and the type of questions you can

A few tips
Work quickly and as accurately as you can.
If you're stuck on a particular question, don't waste time -
move on and come back to it later.
If you do finish early, go over your answers to check them but
don't worry if you don't answer all the questions.
