Assessment Centres
An assessment centre is a face-to-face event where candidates
complete a range of exercises which are designed as
micro-simulations of the job. This gives us a chance to get a real
insight into your individual strengths and areas for potential
development. But remember - this is a two-way interaction, so use
this as an opportunity to find out more about us and whether we are
right for you.
At our assessment centre, you will have to complete a number of
exercises, including:
- Competency-based interview
- Group exercise
- Case Study exercise
